HOT STAMP MARKERS
Marking on all types of tubing, cable ties, etc., with a permanent MIL-Spec imprint. Marking can be completely customized with logos, part numbers, date codes and serial numbers. Orders of any size can be processed and shipped normally within 1-2 weeks.

HEAT SHRINK PVC
An excellent electrical insulator and the lowest shrink temperature of all tubings. It maintains a high degree of flexibility and resists most chemicals and oils. Operates up to 105C and is U/L recognized.

HEAT SHRINK POLYOLEFIN
A highly flexible, radiation cross-linked tubing used for insulating, jacketing and bundling of wire harnesses and components. Made from flame retardant polyolefin, it has excellent electrical, chemical and physical properties. Polyolefin operates in temperatures up to 135C and is U/L recognized.

HEAT SHRINK KYNAR
An irradiated thin wall tubing offering a high degree of mechanical strength and operating temperatures up to 175C. Kynar is inherently flame-retardant and semi-rigid and has outstanding abrasion and cut through resistance.

HEAT SHRINK MYLAR
Mylar is a thin wall material with a superior, high dielectric for insulating components. It requires a low shrink temperature of 90C and operates in temperatures up to 150C.

DUAL WALL POLYOLEFINS
Adhesive lined - A flexible Heat shrinkable Polyolefin (110C) lined with a thin layer of special thermoplastic adhesive for excellent moisture protection and strain relief. Available in 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 shrink ratios.

Melt Wall - A semi-rigid Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin (110C) over a meltable inner wall, that will encapsulate components when heat is applied. This material also is excellent for moisture protection.

HEAT SHRINK LAYFLAT PVC
A thin wall, low cost material made of PVC that offers good electrical and mechanical characteristics. Layflat PVC is available in diameters from 1/4" to 6" and larger with wall thickness from .002" to .012".

HEAT SHRINK NEOPRENE & HEAT SHRINK VITON®
Heat shrink Neoprene is a highly flexible thick wall tubing that can operate in severe environmental conditions. It provides superior abrasion resistance and chemical resistance while operating in temperatures up to 121C. Viton® offers the same outstanding properties found in Neoprene with the addition of high temperature performance up to 200C.

HEAT SHRINK AND EXTRUDED TEFLON
Available in TFE and FEP, both are excellent in high temperature applications, corrosive atmospheres, electrical insulation and as a lubricant. TFE has the widest operating temperature range of any plastic at -250C to 260C, while FEP is at -200C to 204C.

SPECIAL SERVICES

CUTTING AND BAGGING
Our cutting equipment can accommodate any size and type of tubing and sleeving while maintaining extremely tight tolerances. We can do special bagging of any quantity of cut pieces.

CUSTOM PACKING
Private labeling or any type of custom packaging can be done to meet your specific needs.

FIBERGLASS SLEEVING
Designed for heat resistance and dielectric strength, sleevings can be coated with a variety of materials to meet specific thermal and dielectric requirements. Available in heat-treated, 650C, and in common coatings of: Vinyl Coated, 130C; Acrylic Coated, 155C and Silicone Coated, 200C. The dielectric strength of the coated Fiberglass sleeving is determined by the grade of the material (coating thickness).

EXTRUDED PVC
Designed for electrical, general-purpose bundling, fluid transfer and many other uses. Available in a high temperature material, -50C to 105C, and a low temperature of -68C to 80C. The 105C PVC is U/L recognized material.

EXPANDABLE SLEEVING
Made of Polyester, Expandable sleeving is designed to expand and adjust to irregular shapes to protect cable and wire assembles. Standard Polyester expandable sleeving is U/L recognized up to 125C. A flame-retardant version is also available.

CABLE TIES
Available in a flat single loop version for one time usage and in beaded form for adjustable or re-use applications. Length of ties range from 3.5" to 45" long. Also available are double loop ties, identification ties, mounting cable ties, mounting bases and installation tools.

SLIT CORRUGATED CONDUIT
Slit conduit is an easy-to-use protection for wire, cable and hoses. The lengthwise slit allows for quick installation of an assembly. Made of both Polyethylene 90C and of Nylon 130C and is also available without a slit.

SPIRAL WRAP TUBING
Spiral wrap is a spiral cut expandable Polyethylene tubing designed to hold wire assemblies that allows individual wires to enter or exit at any point on a harness.

HEAT SHRINK AND ADHESIVE
Heat shrink polyolefin tape is designed to insulate and seal areas where tubing can not be applied. Adhesive tapes made for standard applications include: electrical tape, Industrial vinyl tape, Duct tape, etc, and are in stock. In addition, specialty tapes such as Polyester film tapes, Nomex, Glass cloth, Copper-foil and Teflon tapes are also available.
